Which Macbook to choose from two configurations?

I am considering buying two options for different configurations plus or minus the same price. Which one is better to choose so that it lasts for the next 4-5 years? I plan to use it for web development (front, back).

MacBook Pro 13 2018: Intel Core i7 (2.7 - 4.5 GHz) / RAM 8 GB / SSD 512 GB
MacBook Pro 13 2019: Intel Core i5 (2.4 - 4.1 GHz) / RAM 16 GB / SSD 256 GB

The second option due to more RAM will last longer. 8GB is not enough in 2020. The smaller size of the SSD can be compensated by the culture of use, and the difference between the processors in most tasks will not be noticeable.

objectively, option 2 is better than 16GB of memory is much more attractive than option 8, and there is no difference in i7 or i5 for the web.
