Which macbook to choose for ios development in 2021 for the future?

Hello, the question arose of buying a laptop for programming under ios. What do you think is the best solution for the future at the moment? I myself am inclined to buy a macbook pro 2020 16GB of RAM, 512 ssd. The laptop will be used with an external monitor. Thanks for answers.

1) Macbook Pro 13" M1 2020 (I have one on 16gb / 512).
2) Macbook Pro 16" 2019. But it's better to wait for the summer update on the M1X chip if you need a bigger screen.
I'm on 13" right now, but I think I'll probably switch to 16" when the next generation comes out, as my favorite screen size is 15".
