Which macbook to choose (Air M1 vs Pro 14″ M1Pro) for a front-end developer?

I choose between MacBook Air 16Gb on M1 and MacBook Pro 14″ 16Gb on M1Pro

I will use
Webstorm (1-2 projects),
sometimes I run
Chome and Safari virtual browser + figma
Docker
Projects on Vue.js, Ext.js and React

Now I'm on MacBook Pro 13″ 2017 8Gb and it's not enough for me

Although the question is closed, I will still leave my comment. I am engaged in frontend development, I bought a poppy about 13 (16\512). In general, everything works perfectly. After switching from Windows, I just don’t work on a computer anymore (a computer on Windows, on an Intel processor, etc.). Regarding the load, I use a docker in my work, in which a rather heavy project, periodically I look at the load and see strange things ... Docker eats 12-14GB of RAM :D, but there are no lags or slowdowns at all! I can’t answer why, I think it’s a matter of swap. About pro or air. I took the pro only because I liked the design and wanted to try the touchbar, well, such trifles as a little more autonomy. I don’t often use the f1-f12 keys on the keyboard, so for me the touch bar is more of a plus, because it can be used to launch any actions or display something (I haven’t tested it, but in theory such useful things as load monitoring). The only negative is the diagonal. I’m slowly getting used to 13 inches, but for the front it’s not enough (I don’t know how much better it will be with 14 inches ... As well as a minus, this is connecting monitors. By default, you can’t connect more than one monitor, but in fact you can, but this is already dancing with a tambourine :) Something like that.
