Macbook pro 2017. There is no hardware information in the System Information section of Thunderbolt. A friend of the same macbook pro has information there. It all started with the fact that the second monitor fell off, which I connected via ucb-c. Can't remember after the update or before it crashed.

In general, reinstalling clean macOS did not help.
