Which macbook pro to take for programming, work and study?

Hello! I decided to ask myself a question about choosing a macbook pro for programming and studying. I do web development and use phpStorm, visual studio code. I take a Macbook in order to deal with the web, learn swift, work in Qt while studying.
I can't decide between 13 inches and 15. for me, they are both comfortable for me, I already managed to touch a little.
Plus, the other day I saw that they released new stripped-down macbook pro 13 and I doubt the choice. In general, help with the choice of macbook).

What to choose here, take the 19th year. IMHO, there is no point in looking at others.
If you have money - take 15k, no - take 13k that is cheaper. The laptop is enough for study and for work. But for your requirements, it would be ideal to upgrade 16GB of RAM so that you can deploy any project, but at first it will not be critical. There is no doubt, there is no mistake - the more expensive, the more powerful the hardware, and if you're lucky, you will work longer on it, another question is whether you are ready to invest 100 or 200k rubles now. In any case, MacBooks are always easy to sell, and they lose very little in value over the years. For example, I bought 13ku for 1300, and sold it 2 years later for $300 cheaper, $150/year is more than sane. In general, RAM will be more important for you, any of the processors presented in the basic configuration of the entire Pro line will fully satisfy your needs.

If possible, then take 15, because 13 screens are already quite small. So at least the review will be better.
