Of the declared ones, I would take the first one simply because of the retina screen, the difference is very noticeable.
16 gb for web development is not needed in my opinion.
If you choose at all, I would take 15 "retina, because it's frankly not convenient to work on 13".

I would definitely choose the first of these two, ideally with 16 gig (+200$), which is what I'm going to do next visit to the states.
pluses - screen, video, ssd, battery
minuses - the impossibility of upgrading, for someone - the frequency.
the size of the hard one - as anyone, I don't need more.
choose for yourself , you use it.

Hmm, the first one is straight out of options, because there are new graphics and retina. The difference is only $100. The difference in the processor is unlikely to feel. I have a firmware late 2011 on 10.10 beta 2, I only run into RAM.
