Slows down the MacBook after waking up from sleep mode. What could be the problem?

Good afternoon.
Maybe someone knows what the problem is? There is a rather old MacBook AIR from 2011. About 2 years ago, he started having such a thing: After the computer wakes up from sleep mode, it starts to have strong brakes. It becomes very uncomfortable to work. And it does not depend on how much you have worked before. He closed the lid or he fell asleep himself - it doesn't matter. After wild brakes. It is treated only by reboot. Maybe someone has come across this? I read the Internet, I did not find anything like that. MacOS 10.13.4 High Sierra

About 2 years ago, you installed some application that gives rise to this problem.

Try to go into the monitoring system and see what task is loading the processor, for sure something is heavily loading the system.
You can also look in the system logs, errors should be mentioned there, maybe something doesn’t start ... In
general, this needs to be investigated. If you do not have an idea in the work of iron, then it is easier for you to take it to the service. But before that, try to reinstall the system from scratch (before that, make a backup of your data) and set it up as a new mac (do not restore from backup yet, just for testing). If everything is OK, then the problem is in some applications and you will need to carefully transfer the information from the backup, and it is better to install the applications again.
