Which macbook is best for development?

I would like to know which MacBook is better for development (from budget options).
Now in mind:
- Macbook pro(15) 2013 late (I7/8gb Ram /256gb SSD/1.5gb intel iris pro/NVIDIA GeForce GT 750M 2gb)
- Macbook pro(13) 2014 (i5 /8.0Gb/256Gb SSD/1.5 gb intel iris)
For the price plus or minus are similar. I am going to do web development of react applications. Now there is a regular PC, it is quite enough, but I think to take a more mobile version, I also considered air options (2013-2015), but on many forums they wrote that their power is not very good. What would you recommend from a similar option (used) up to 50k?

With such a budget, it is better to take a Windows / Ubuntubook, but a new one. Buying used laptops is such an undertaking ... it’s never known what garbage they were dragged through, repaired / flooded, or overheated. Yes, there won’t be an apple, you won’t be able to show off too much, but it’s like if you have a regular PC at home, and not a poppy, and you aren’t sitting on the Apple infrastructure yet, then there won’t be much sense from a poppy
