Which Macbook 13” 2015 or 2019 should I get?

I'm starting to program in java. I am considering to take:
1) Macbook 13” 2015
i5 2.7 GHz 2 cores, ssd 128 gb, 8 gb RAM
New costs 1500€, used costs 900$
2) Macbook 13” 2019 MUHN2
128Gb SSD/ Quad-Core i5 1.4 GHz 4 cores / 8.0Gb / Intel Iris Graphics 645)
New costs $ 1600
Which one is more expedient to take now? You can take 2015 used.
Of particular interest is the 4-core processor at 1.4 GHz. What's with its programming performance?
Moreover, having studied the problems of 2016-2018, I don’t even consider them (due to squeaks, problems with the keyboard, a frayed display cable, abrasion of the display from the keyboard a year later, and so on). But 2019 is not yet particularly studied.
A laptop is needed purely for programming and surfing.
UPD.
Here's what's interesting. If the processor clock speed is 1.4 and one cooler is installed in the firmware, therefore, when programming in Java, the clock frequency will rise more, therefore, the chip will heat up, the cooler will work faster - will it (chip / cooler) fail quickly (after a year) due to overheating?

Questions about "a laptop for programming" appear here almost every day.
Meanwhile, if you do not develop 3D games or some demanding applications, for the programming itself, some ancient Pentium 4 will be enough for your eyes.
The most resource-intensive process in programming is compilation. If you are just starting to code (and it follows from the fact that you are still asking such questions), this will not be a problem for you anyway due to the size of the codebase.
Why spend one and a half thousand on something that a device for three hundred can handle is up to you.

java - 8Gb RAM incompatible things. At least 16 must be taken.
In 2019, it is advisable to take only 2019 models. Perc 1.4 is about 5% weaker than 2.4, they lowered the frequencies for greater energy efficiency (or marketing). In fact, almost the same processors as on more expensive models. When you buy a new laptop, you get a one year warranty. The main thing is to take it in a normal store. All the problems you described seem to have been fixed a long time ago.

2018 models have already been fully finalized, everything is clear with the keyboard. 2019 doll in general. There are no complaints about her. New 13 2015 costs the same as 2019 according to your layouts, it is not necessary. For programming and surfing pro 2019 at 128 will be approx. But almost a month ago I took myself a pro 13 8 operative 256 hard drive of 2018 silver. I took video for editing, copes with editing with a bang. Macbook is a working machine, purely for surfing, I could take a new air, although the screen is not so bright there, but it’s cheaper on lava at a time. Pro with a touchbar is very convenient, a cool device, you will find application. For surfing, take a new plug. And for programming, too, there will be an official apla guarantee and also from the store. I took for $1650 and am glad. Very comfortably. The new laptop will be nicer.

1) Or take a used one for $1350?
13 2015
Processor - Intel core i7 3.1 GHz
Memory - 16 GB 1867 MHz DDR3
Graphics - Intel Iris Graphics 6100 1536 MB
SSD - 512 GB
2) Here's what interests. If the processor clock speed is 1.4 and one cooler is installed in the firmware, therefore, when programming in Java, the clock frequency will rise more, therefore, the chip will heat up, the cooler will work faster - will it (chip / cooler) fail quickly (after a year) due to overheating?
