Which Mac Book is best for a web developer?

I am a web developer, mainly doing front-end, so there is a big need for photoshop.
To replace a stationary computer, I want to take a mobile laptop that is enough for my work.
The budget is 100,000 rubles, I’m looking at Air 13 "2016.
But I don’t know if its performance will be enough for me.
Of the additional, it is planned to connect a 1080p monitor via hdmi.
