Monitor turns off on HP laptop, how to help?

Such a problem. The laptop does not turn on the monitor when restarting.
It is solved either independently - after 5-10 minutes after N number of independent reboots, or after turning it off and on by long pressing the power key.
On the xp website I found info that they say update the BIOS.
Beech model HP pavilion g7 2314er, there is no fresh version for it
There is for 2350er (under win10) - will it fit?

Chip break. To be treated either by "rolling balls" (reball) on a new chip. The old one is not recommended.
