Which library to choose for customizing the scrollbar (react)?

Colleagues, tell me, what library do you use for customizing scrollbars?
Now I use react-perfect-scrollbar, but I have already filled too many cones with it.
I want something less buggy and have all sorts of callbacks, like onScrollUp, onScrollDown, onYReachStart, onYReachEnd.
