Which LEMP stack to choose for a web server?

Each time deploying another new VPS for the needs of a web server, I am faced with installing and configuring a server environment. And it would be just a basic LAMP set. As a rule, then caching, ssl certificates, DB optimization with radish, munin monitoring, mail settings so that they do not fall into spam, fail2ban protection, and so on, so on, so on ... Takes time. I don’t see the point in cutting docker or putting it on git: after a while, all this becomes outdated, new solutions appear.
I've known about "lazy solutions" for a long time, the so-called LEMP (LNMP) stacks, but I'm too lazy to try something like that. =) In general, here you need a mood.
And in order for the right mood to appear, it would be good to first decide on the best practices. Which stack is solidly built, well-documented, offers rich solutions to choose from, is regularly updated, etc.
Vobshchem that had experience of use - share please!
Thanks in advance.
