Where can I download a LAMP/WAMP kit like XAMPP/Denwer based on PHP 7.1?

On September 1st, PHP 7.1 Release Candidate was released. They say it has many interesting changes. I would like to pick it up at my leisure, but it's reluctant to put it in a normal way. I thought about downloading a portable ammunition package, but I did not find one with PHP 7.1. Plz tell me if anyone has seen it. Thanks in advance.

Docker has been out for Windows for a long time. I don't see any reason not to use it.
