The main thing is to have an SSD, or an easy way to install it yourself. Budget 25-40 tr. Now the desktop monitor has 21 diagonals and FHD - a very small font, strains the eyes, so I think the resolution is HD (1366x768). It is desirable to be lighter and more convenient to use with good autonomy. I would recommend Asus Vivobook S500CA. I took it myself for work (layout and programming), I am very satisfied. (briefly about it: the screen is 15inch, there is no ssd, but there is a ssd cache, it works quite quickly, a full keyboard, enough for 4-5 hours of work).
