Laptop won't boot, black screen, what should I do?

The la-7912p rev 2.0 board, when turned on, there are indicators, the fan stops after 5 seconds, the hub heats up, it doesn’t turn on from the button, I have to close the contacts with a screwdriver, I’m a beginner, so I don’t know where to dig further.
