Which laptop to choose up to 70 thousand rubles, but can it be cheaper (the crux of the matter is inside)?
Tell me, please, which laptop to choose for the following main tasks that are planned to be performed on it:
- Streaming live broadcasts on YouTube through a laptop web camera or an external one.
- Working in Microsoft Office
- Creating and editing videos for later sending to YouTube
At the moment there is an HP laptop, with an Intel Pentium N3710 1.6 GHz processor, on operas. Windows 10 system, hangs when starting the broadcast - do I understand correctly that OBS_studio requires more powerful hardware to work?
There is a question about Macbook Air, whether it will understand the programs that are needed to broadcast on YouTube (we plan to use obs studio, or some other service for broadcasting).
Other Macbook models are more expensive if you buy a new one.
Or maybe there's another Windows laptop that's powerful enough to keep streaming programs from freezing.
Thanks

Look towards budget gaming solutions
Like acer helios x300
Dell vostro (average standards)
Msi apache (budget without additional equipment)
As far as I remember, a good video card is needed for streaming. It’s unlikely that it will be in the laptop, so I advise you to buy a capture card
Prots: hq, hk, h core i7 (i5 edge), 8.9 generations
Video cards: the more powerful the better, gtx 1060, etc.
Or their analogues on amd
In general streaming on a laptop is possible except perhaps cs, heartstone, fortnite more or less
Notes can be viewed on amazon, throw ~ 30% from above and search in the city

The pros of the N series themselves work smartly only in notepad
In general, you need to try changing the encoder to QuickSync or, if you have a discrete graphics card with support, to NVENC. This way you can avoid buying a new laptop
How to do it - described here
Briefly - Settings > Output > Encoder - QuickSync H.264.
If there is no item, updating drivers or google may help on request 'QuckSync OBS' + laptop model
