Why is the graphics card in Ryzen 5 3500u weaker than in 2500u?

Got a laptop with Ryzen 5 3500u. I tested it on a clean Windows and compared it with Ryzen 5 2500u (I often fix and so on computers, I test it for interest, I write it down on a tablet).
In benchmarks, 3500u is clearly stronger, by 10-20%. But in the video part (tested in geekbench and performance test), 2500u turned out to be stronger, and significantly. Although the video is essentially the same there, only the 3500u has a higher frequency.

Is it possible that the dual channel has given such an increase (the new laptop has one 8GB stick, the 2500u has two 4GB each)?
