Which laptop to choose similar to the Mac Mini?

Hey!
Help me decide on a piece of iron.
At home there is a powerful stationary computer, but it is quite noisy and the coolers blow a lot of heat into the room. 2 monitors 27" (ips full hd) and 19" are connected, mechanical keyboard with Cherry Brown buttons which I love and win8.1.
A small child appeared and this machine began to create problems with its work.
Therefore, it was decided to replace it either with a laptop or with a 2014 Mac Mini.
Tasks on such a machine are supposed to be solved:
1) Surfing the Internet
2) Processing photos in Lightroom and Photoshop
3) Working with web design, layout
4) A set of tests
5) Simple games

It is not big, I can connect a monitor and my keyboard via HDMI, though they say that not all of its functions will work.
In my city it costs 650 euros. Scary just never worked with Mac OS and don't know anything about it.
Or choose a laptop in the same price range?
In a laptop, mobility is a plus. I'm even ready to tolerate non-mechanical keys.
But I have not seen good screens.
Advise a laptop for my tasks or should I still take a Mac Mini?

Get a mini.
Do not like OSX or nostalgia torments - dual block in windows.

INTEL NUC D54250WYK do not want to try? In my experience, it's a very nice box :) Features are close to Mac Mini, but it's easy to install Windows. With a good SSD and 8 gigs of memory, it will cost you less than 650 euros.

If you work stationary, then a minik is the best option, but only an older model with a normal amount of memory, if you are supposed to work in more than one place or on the road, then a laptop, different cases are simple. If Photoshop not only cover up the pimples on the profile picture, then the minik will not work normally, you need a solution with a discrete video card. And yes, it makes sense to take a minik if you like OS X, in other cases you can find a more powerful alternative.

There are almost no laptops with normal screens.
And there are very few good laptops, with normal screens, powerful, with large memory, and even quiet under load, and even with a tasty price. And for money like a macmini, especially if you don't need a macOS, you can assemble a normal computer with something like the same i5, but more powerful, 16GB of memory and the possibility of expanding disk space, with discrete graphics, a normal quiet PSU, and even really Quiet in general, if you take a normal CPU cooler. The case, of course, is better to take more spacious, such as the Fractal Design Node 304, but it is also small. I have one standing half a meter from my ear with the cover removed, so it is almost inaudible. If you cover it with a lid, it becomes completely inaudible.

Tip: if you take a Mac mini 2014, immediately think about buying a device with enough RAM (on 2014 models, the memory bars are “sewn in”, you can’t upgrade).
You can save and buy Mac mini 2012, upgrade RAM and SSD.
Screen: You can search for a used Apple Cinema Display HD monitor in the right size. Either Dell, Nec.
