Which laptop to choose for web design and 3D modeling under $600?

Hello everyone. Soon I will study to be a web designer at the STEP computer academy. There I will teach computer graphics and design, this includes everything related to graphics. I will also use Autodesk 3ds max, Autodesk Maya, Adobe Premiere and everything like that. And so I would like to buy a laptop, but I don’t know which one because I don’t know much about them. What kind of laptop would you recommend me that is able to work at least a little with 3D? Preferably under $600 because my budget is limited. At least for starters, if such a laptop exists.
