Got an HP laptop. OS vin8 perceives it as Asus. Technical assistance Asusovskaya. The software is the same Asusovsky installed. Bios Nr'ishny. In general, this would not bother me if the touchpad and the upper speakers with the subwoofer worked normally (hp envy 17 touchsmart). I solved the problem with the touchpad by removing the drivers for the touchpad, but after the 2nd reboot it stops working again (auto-update was forbidden). I could not solve the problem with the speakers (only the lower ones work). Also, the fingerprint login did not work, downloading the drivers from the HP off site worked. As a solution to all my problems, I thought to do a system restore. Thank you.

well, I think first try recovery, and if it doesn't help, take down the whole system, and install Windows 7/8 from the disk / flash drive with full formatting of the screw.
just download firewood in advance
