No sound when you first start your laptop?

there is no sound at all when the laptop is first started. After the reboot, everything is fine. I tried reinstalling the drivers - it did not help. What's the problem?
On a windows 10 laptop

It's most likely a hardware and bios problem. If there is a function - sound / melody when turned on - try to activate it.
