Which laptop to choose for remote work via VPN (or via TeamViewer)?
I understand that it will require mainly an SSD, a good battery, screen resolution and weight. After all, all operations will be performed on a remote computer, so we don’t really need a strong percentage, an operative. Right?

Do you mean remote desktop ? Which is not suitable for every job. As mentioned in the comments, this method is not the most convenient for working with graphics. And it doesn't work that way with video.
So, if the remote desktop, then:
SSD is not needed. Except for extra. battery saving.
On the other hand, it is unlikely that you will work straight for 10 hours without connecting to the network.
