Which laptop to choose for Android studio?

my Pentium(R) Dual-Core T4500, 32-bit, with 2 gb and no Vt-x is obviously not suitable for this.
I am considering options for more or less budget versions, so the possible characteristics are: 1. RAM = 4-8GB CPU = i5 (although i7 is apparently faster, but it is more expensive)
2. Vt-x support
3. Ability to install SSD, HDD from 1TB
After looking at previous answers, someone advises EM64T and Executive Disable (don't know what it is)

My recommendations for choosing hardware for development.
1. RAM - at least 8 GB
2. Proc. In principle, any quad-core i5 will suffice.
3. If the computer is for development, then a 500 GB disk is enough. SSD is faster than HDD, and since we are working with a large number of small files, the difference is quite noticeable.
