How to make a certain action on android after receiving SMS with certain content?

Roughly speaking, an SMS comes from any number with the content "open the portal" (the passphrase itself can be set in the settings somewhere) and a certain link is opened in the browser (also set in the settings).
Or in which direction to dig to implement this?
