Which laptop to choose for a programmer (budget 80k, 2018)?

Hello, I'm looking for a laptop for work. I work on the web: vscode, chrome (many tabs, very much :) ), visual studio and all that. I work on windows.
The budget is about 80,000 rubles.
At the moment, after all the googling, including on this resource, I am considering these two options:

I'm leaning towards Chinese, because dell seems to be more gaming, but I'm not going to play, but typing text, as I understand it, is more convenient on xiaomi.
