Which laptop to choose for 12,000 rubles?

Please help me choose a laptop.
Requirements:

Price up to 12000 rubles.
Maximum performance for the money
3D games (not top) and HD video
Screen from 15''
WiFi at least 150Mb
web camera
Not very noisy
No OS or Linux, DOS

I looked at a bunch of sites and got lost in models and processors.
While I liked the Acer ASPIRE 5733Z-P623G50Mnkk model.

The most productive solution with Intel HD Graphics for this money is the Lenovo G570 on the B960 processor market.yandex.ru/model.xml?modelid=7868600 . The rest is either Atom / Celeron and their AMD counterparts, or Intel GMA-level video
