Good day to all! There was a need to purchase a new laptop - mainly for development on Android Studio (so that it does not lag with the emulator). I would like to use it for video editing, but with such finances it is unlikely to work. The budget is 30-35 thousand rubles.
Can you suggest worthy options so as not to regret later? It is desirable that you can buy in Moscow, and not wait for delivery from Europe (I understand that this will come out cheaper and / or better - but you need a laptop as soon as possible).
