What is the best laptop for work?

I am developing in python. Recently there was a question about changing a laptop, I used a dell inspiron g3 for 17 inches, but I realized that this is not the best option because of its size and battery + disgusting quality.

There is a budget of + -800 $, at first I thought lenovo legion 5 in the minimum configuration, but we have only a 60w version everywhere, which is a bit small for me, the laptop will be used all day at the university and then on the way home. I also thought about thinkpad, but nowhere is there even just information about battery life + everywhere there are current versions on i3, which, probably, will not be enough.

What model would be better to take? The main conditions are 14-15 inches, from 8GB of RAM, a battery from 8 hours of operation and, ideally, not noisy.

With such budgets, it's easier to take a 40,000 maH PowerBank and not worry about the lifetime.
Because UltraBook like Eira or Zenbook fits perfectly into this TK, but they cost more.

Well, or remove the requirement for the battery)
