How to copy a hidden recovery partition from HDD to another disk?

There is a laptop with a hidden partition on the HDD for Windows recovery (as many laptops have). I'm going to put in a new drive. How to copy this partition to a new disk?
So that from a new disk you can immediately start windows recovery with all drivers.

Do a full disk copy.
