Which laptop should a student choose (+ for programming)?

This fall I'm going to university (bachelor). I'm going in the direction of applied mathematics and computer science, but besides, I'm going to delve into programming on my own, so the laptop should perform tasks related to this. Price limit - 40-45k rubles (~750 dollars), well, if there are options that do not greatly exceed 45k, but are good enough, then also offer. Well, I would also like the device to be light enough (frequent carrying, etc.).
I'm not familiar with MacOS, I'm more inclined towards Windows . If you have any suggestions, I'll be glad to listen. And thanks in advance for your replies

What difference does it make which laptop? Same question every week.
You can program ANYTHING. A laptop won't help you program better.
Go to a large electronics store, feel it with your hands. If you want light, go for weight. Try typing on the keyboard to make it comfortable for you. Everything else is not so important, and in one price category it will be almost the same.

This question comes up here so often (apparently, the questioners are too lazy to google) that it's time to develop an algorithm. It turns out simple - just 3 steps. Well, a maximum of 4.
1. Carefully examine your budget and cut out from it the amount to buy a laptop. Fix this number . It should not change further, so you add upgrades to it in advance, the most important of which is the addition of RAM (up to 8 ... 16 gigabytes).
2. Look around and choose laptop models that suit you (according to technical parameters) within reach, fit into the amount fixed in step 1. Here I advise you not to neglect Ali Express - this will allow you to purchase a much cooler laptop for the same money, albeit a month later. For example, right now there are good Lenovos on display in Hot Goods.
3. On the array of suitable laptop models formed in the second step, apply a mask of additional options and your special conditions and requirements - for example, water resistance, weight, metal case, etc. If the mask cut off everything and there was nothing to choose from, loosen the add. requirements. If on the contrary, and the choice is too wide - tighten them.
Then go and buy your chosen one.
4. You can collect information about the reputation of certain brands and models (reviews, reviews), and this information can also be used in the selection process. But this step is optional, because (according to my observations) they are all made in China in approximately the same way, and you can run into a specific bad copy even in the most promoted and expensive brand.

Matte screen 15.6-17, HD+ or FullHD. IPS for this price is unlikely to be.
The i5 / i7 processor is better not U. At least 8 GB of RAM is not soldered, but in modules, and there should be space for 2 memory modules on the board.
Integrated video card in the processor.
M2 SSD module or empty space to install it. Normal hard drive 500-1000 GB.
