Which laptop should a radiologist choose?

Hi people. I work as a radiologist, often at work I load all sorts of studies of 500+ slices, sometimes I need to build 3D projections and process slices in Photoshop, sometimes I edit videos. The laptop gets very hot and often freezes. Tell me something up to 50.000, taking into account the fact that in the future a python will fall on the same iron. Please do not kick much, I do not follow the work of the iron market, I'm afraid to spend money on a laptop from marketers.

Take any Dell Vostro or Dell Latitude. Maybe something from Asus.
Something 4-core. Ryzen from the 4xxx or 5xxx series, i5 as a last resort.
RAM from 8 GB, more is better.
SSD from 240 GB, bigger is better.

anything up to 50.000 considering that

At the moment - this is from the realm of fantasy.
70-100k - you can photoshop, but with 3D pain.
Please note that in itself the percentage and vidyuha in the notes are not as important as the fact of the absence of throttling is important, and there are few such laptops for 80k.
