How can I connect one laptop to another as a monitor?

Have 2 laptops
1: HP Pavilion 15-n063sr as primary system. Installed Windows 8.1 Core x64
2: Packard Bell EasyNote TS11SB, became a spare :D Installed Windows 7 Pro x32
So the question is:
How can I connect laptop 2 to laptop 1 as an additional monitor?
(Preferably via Wi-Fi :D)

tried - works. however, if it's hard to launch on a remote monitor - video, games, then artifacts are visible. picture quality can be adjusted.
