Which laptop should a designer take?

Good day to all! The question arose sharply which laptop to take for design in the price range up to ~ 50k rubles ($ 760), it seemed that the choice was large, but in fact it stopped only on a used poppy in 2013
ssd
8gb operatives
2.4 - 3.4 GHz i7 (they say you can overclock)
video memory 1.5 GB
and most importantly - retina 2880x ~ 1800
Is it worth taking such joy? I was looking for something similar among Windows for the same amount, either a crap screen, or it costs more and looks like a nightstand for a spaceship with tank stickers (I don’t need such joy, and even more expensive)
Goals: Phsh, a chandelier sometimes works with 3d / rendering
Screen 15 inches, no less, or who had and who worked on poppy 13 comfortably at all?
Thanks

What does overclock mean? boost works differently.
Remember one thing - a macbook is not a tool for one year, having bought a Mac, it will please you for quite a long time. Therefore, my advice (and according to this advice, 3 of my friends have already bought macbooks for themselves) - choose the model that will please you. Probably used, but I would aim for 2014+ 15" 16gb ram 256gb+ + possibly a discrete card, since you will still have flash.
It will not be very convenient for the designer to work on poppy 13. When I had a macbook 13, I connected to it an external screen to work with graphics. On
the other hand, an alternative to a poppy on Windows is probably xiaomi, they have cool beeches in design and stuffing.Mi
notebook pro 15.6 i5 / 8gb for designers?

Fsh, chandelier sometimes work with 3d/rendering

It will slow down, I give a tooth. In fact, you will spend money on a pumpkin. My advice is to save up or take out a loan, now it's very easy, especially since every major hardware store gives installments. And buy yourself a normal car, new and strong - it will pay off quickly, it will last a long time.

sometimes work with 3d/rendering

This is the big question. On Mac OS, there is little software for 3D. If you work with 3ds max + Vray/Corona, then on a Mac you will have to look for alternatives which are few.
I myself recently moved from Windows to Mac, after a year of work I can say with confidence that the work has moved to a new level. It is usually considered that this is more “about show-off”, but in reality it turned out differently. The only thing I have is 16GB RAM.
In general, for design, Mac is a thousand times better than Windows, especially if you draw web / interfaces (fsh → sketch) I can’t imagine what should happen for me to switch back to Windows.

Mac has always been one of the best choices for design, but if you take it, then new. Pulling a pig in a poke is also not much fun, as an option to take in installments or a loan. If you take laptops on windows, then the choice is small, because you need an IPS display, the options are: the swift (Acer) line, xiaomi mi air, the VivoBook (Asus) line, but complex 3d scenes will be difficult to render...
