Which laptop model is best suited for such requirements?

Hello! I work as a remote programmer, I wanted to buy a working laptop instead of a stationary PC. I do not want to overpay money for features that I do not need and are unlikely to be useful in the near future. So further requirements in descending order of importance:

- in terms of performance, you need to choose approximately for my current PC (or a little stronger), since it is enough for me: Core i5-6500 SkyLake (3200MHz, LGA1151, L3 6144Kb), two Kingston brackets 4Gb/DDR4-2133Mhz/cl15, 256GB Plextor M6 PRO SATA 6Gb/s SSD, no separate vidyuhi
- you need a reliable laptop that will work for a long time without failures
- you want the laptop to be as silent as possible, not get warm
- you need a good screen from 15.6 inches that won't hurt your eyes
- the presence of a connector for an additional monitor
- I don’t play games
- the computer will occasionally move from its desktop, that is, mobility and autonomy of work is not needed
- a metal case
- the possibility of inserting additional RAM sticks and hard drives is welcome
- preferably without Widows, since after purchases anyway I will install two Ubuntus: one for work, the other for personal purposes

. Can you advise the models that best suit these characteristics? I would like to fit into the budget of 45-55 thousand rubles

If we discard the Wishlist for the budget, then the Macbook pro 16, it is more than suitable for other parameters, well, maybe, except for two Ubuntu, for work and for personal purposes. And so, the display, the metal case, sane quality and long work.
