The Toshiba P500 laptop is getting hot. What to do?
Six months ago, I replaced the screw with ssd in the Toshiba P500 laptop , because it was shamelessly slowing down.
Recently it has started to overheat and make noise. Utilities show 75-80°.
Sometimes the screen just goes blank (only a browser with 5 tabs is open).
We bought it around 2012.
Someone says that the service life of laptops by definition is 3 years.
What can be done to fix the problem and extend the life of the device?

Any option in the search engine
1. Check if the cooler is working, listen first, check the speed.
2. Through any utility, see the temperature of what heats up the most.
3. Disassemble the cooling system, clean it, replace the thermal paste.
