Are laptops available with a hatch for installing M.2 PCI-E devices?

It seems that the global introduction of electronic OB vans is coming in Russia.
Due to the specifics of the company's activities, the issue of installing software and equipment for working with electronic OB vans on a laptop is being worked out. It seems like there is a variant of the "Sobol hardware and software complex" performed by M.2 PCI-E. I would not want to open a freshly bought laptop for its installation and lose the warranty.
Actually, the questions are:
1. Are laptops produced with an SSD pre-installed from the factory and a free M.2 PCI-E slot?
2. Ideally, with a hatch to access this slot without disassembly?
Or will you have to "collective farm" something with disassembling the laptop and replacing, say, a WiFi module with a "Sobol"?
Or even take an old used laptop with a bunch of hatches, "Sable"

In more budget versions, you will have to disassemble the back cover and there will be a place for ssd M.2
