Which laptop is better for a student?

Good afternoon! Please advise a laptop for a 1st year student of a technical university.
My wishes: -
compactness (diagonal no more than 14 inches)
- performance (for office work, pycharm, idea) -
cost up to 75.000 - the
presence of at least one USB port (maybe used to charge the phone from a PC)

A laptop is needed to work in such environments like pycharm, idea, as well as for listening to lectures in tims and working with the office (out of home). I practically don’t play games)

I would like to buy a laptop with the expectation of increasing the number of tasks in the future, those with a margin of performance.

Under my requirements, I found Lenovo ThinkPad L13 (i5, 8 RAM, 512 SSD). Are there those who used this model and ThinkPads in general? I heard that 8 GB of RAM is already not enough in 2020, so does it make sense to pay extra for the 16 GB version, or will 8 work for my tasks?

I plan to work under Windows, so I'm considering options with pre-installed 10.

Many thanks in advance to everyone! Do not judge strictly, the first question on Habré)

75000 is a gaming laptop, any maximum for 40,000 rubles will do for your purposes.
8 GB of RAM for the eyes, paired with an SSD will fly. Another important IPS matrix.
In general, here is your choice: https://www.citilink.ru/catalog/mobile/notebooks/-...

Order from USA https://www.apple.com/shop/buy-mac/macbook-air $1000 + shipping https://polexp.com/ ~5000 there is a tariff without customs duty, longer time, I don’t know how it is running support did not answer. You place it at the polexp warehouse in Delaware. It is better to save a little more, but get a good laptop that will please you for several years. I have had many laptops, the last 2 are macbooks. The most important thing is autonomy, not one laptop on Windows / Linux does not hold the battery longer than a poppy.
