Which laptop is best for a designer?

Good afternoon! I'm struggling with choosing a laptop for work. Need a designer to more or less pull PS, AI. So that you can simultaneously open a browser, mailer, photoshop and, for example, a chandelier and a laptop beech more or less did not lag.
Preferably more or less budget and not Apple.
So far I'm looking at the Lenovo Legion Y530-15ICH

But after affects => illustrator => photoshop work at the same time
