Which lamp to choose for the workplace?

I'm looking at an IKEA table lamp paired with a xiaomi smart lamp.
I also look at the lamp from Xiaomi and Philips.
Actually I can’t decide what to take and what will be the most ergonomic and durable + the brightest luminous flux.

You need to take LED, not luminescent, because. more spectrum, better for the eyes.
