Why does the keyboard not work after using the usb hub?

I ordered these black and white USB hubs for aliexpress . For a while they worked fine, and then something strange began :)
The hub is connected to the keyboard and mouse, it is directly connected to the laptop. After some time of work, when you close the lid of the laptop and it goes to sleep, and then you open it, the keyboard does not work. And when you reconnect, the indicators flicker and that's it. Moreover, it does not work even if you connect it directly to the laptop connector. After a reboot everything becomes it. The mouse is fine. Another trouble is that when you try to turn off the laptop or restart it, it just hangs on the "Authorization of work" screen and can hang like that for a very long time. You have to press the power button. It is not yet possible to check the hubs on another device. Could this be a problem with them? If so, why does the laptop then hang?

Because the hardware and software are not perfect.. And out of millions of authors.. And their operation too
Take a keyboard with a different connector... Or a hub without usb...
Or check it one by one on a sane PC with sane Windows... If in software hub failure that's all. The iron of the clave or hub or mother can fail. And even shitty windows... There is a Linux live USB..
And admin pe 10 with ten... Boot from such flash drives...
