Which IT master's program to choose in Moscow?

I am tormented by the question of choosing a good IT master's program in Moscow.
I already have a higher (specialist) education, but not in the field of IT. I have been a programmer for over 8 years. I decided to get a diploma in my profession. The goal is not only a diploma, but also filling gaps in knowledge. If someone has gone through a similar path, please also indicate the form of training (is it possible to combine it with work).
Who will advise what? Please provide pros/cons.

As a person who studied in the specialty, I think that after 8 years of work you no longer need this diploma. It is better to read more books, and all conceivable gaps will be filled by themselves.

Perhaps you are interested in the School of Data Analysis at Yandex? But it is more for young professionals. They have joint master's programs with Moscow State University, Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology and the Higher School of Economics.
