Which IT faculty to choose at the university?

The time is approaching for admission, but I haven’t decided where exactly to apply :( I’m
considering a university in my city, tell me about each faculty from the proposed ones and advise where it would be better to do so that in the future there would be good knowledge and be in demand :)

in demand

You can be in demand in any field. The main thing is to be a professional in it. To do this, you need to get a specialized education and good experience (practice). And what exactly to choose - depends on your preferences. No one will decide for you what you like and what you don't.

So go to the website of your university. How on the toaster do people know what kind of university it is, who and how it teaches, and what is happening in general.
The university provides a basis for the ability to operate with terms and practice for putting the brain in order.
Required knowledge is studied independently, and it is well placed on top of the university base, and not separately from it. That is, universities do not produce a ready-made specialist now, only an educated candidate for interns.
You can even go to the university with your feet and ask around there.

Do you really think that someone will now look for information on all these programs at your institute (you could at least write which university you are considering, everyone has different programs in the same specialties) and then give an answer on a silver platter? No.
Go to the website of the university, then look for programs in these specialties. Study them and compare with each other, think what would be interesting for you and in general in demand. This is what you choose.
