Where to look for a sponsor or how to get a grant?

I'm in college and have 1 year to go. I plan to enter a university abroad, the choice fell on the USA, because studying in English, and living in the USA is a dream since childhood. In the EU countries, education is also paid, and not everywhere in English. Where to look for a sponsor? I have been working as a programmer since the age of 17 (I have a work book, etc.), I mainly develop mobile applications in java and ActionScript 3. Is it possible to find an American company that will be ready to sponsor my education with the condition that after graduation I will have to work in this company a couple of years or some other condition?
About grants, is there an advantage to someone who already has work experience? How hard is it to get them?
I know that in the Czech Republic the university is absolutely free for everyone. How would it be better to look for a sponsor or grants, or try to learn Czech in a year and go to study there?
Who acted or was interested in this question, please answer, I will be grateful.
P.s. I read a lot of articles on the Internet, but everything is written superficially.

Why do you even need it?
Do you really think that not being a unique specialist, someone needs you "abroad"?
The Iron Curtain collapsed a long time ago, all the "tasty" people made a decision a long time ago - whoever stayed, he already lives in Russia and earns good money, whoever left, he left.
But that's just my point of view.
Nevertheless, if there is an irresistible desire to dump, then I recommend monitoring this site: www.msu.ru/int/grant grants are often posted there. I advise you to carefully read all the "overdue" grants of recent times and try to understand the requirements.
I know a few people who quit after graduation. (I graduated from Baumanka). IMHO - they acted stupidly. But I wish you a happier fate!
Offtopic:
(About the Czech Republic - think a hundred times before moving there, and even better, visit this country with an "immersion", and not with a tour operator. The women are ugly there and much more, which is better to see for yourself ... It's better to go to Poland But there they treat Russians differently.)

college (not a vocational school, but a college)
In the translation of the transcript it will be written that you have a secondary vocational education . Literally, "graduated from diploma courses" in such and such a specialty. In fact, this is not a bachelor's degree that is issued in US colleges. Secondary vocational education in the USA is something like a vocational school. As a result, you get a diploma of secondary education, as if you graduated from high school.
You are now 17. How many 17 do you work from?
to pay an unknown person out of nowhere for 5 years, so that he would then work as a junior for 2 years?
Total:
1) you are not even of legal age to enter into sponsorship agreements
2) you do not have a clear specialization and experience in a particular area that could be bought
