In addition to self-googling.
Be subscribed to thematic resources and view the description of the new functionality of new versions of the products used.
To follow thematic conferences, a lot of things are now online.
All this is in English.
As a result, you will receive high-quality information before it becomes obsolete.

programming with a low level of quality, for beginners or with outdated information

Have you wondered why? The main stream of programmers are macaques, beginners, and the main emphasis is placed on them.
All those who are more intelligent, google, search for themselves. These are usually accented articles in English, problems / tasks at work, and the like.
No one will give you a gift and throw off a service where all the guidelines are collected from A to Z.
Otherwise, why does society need you as a programmer if your information search skill is equal to the saleswoman Tamara from the store.
Output: Choose a language + describe the task\problem + selection by the year Google was issued + add keywords = your solution to the problem.

You need to look at the documentation for your PL, and for the libraries used. There is always the most up-to-date information. If there are advanced videos, they tend to be several years behind.
