Which is the best Mac mini to get started with Swift?

Hello everyone, a question for those in the know.

I started learning programming in Swift, after dancing with Hackintosh, I decided that I still needed to buy something, climbed onto one well-known site and saw various used Mac minis from 2014 to 2017 for sale at a price that suits me (20- 30k rub.).

What is better to take so that it is relevant to program for modern versions of Swift? For example, Mac mini 2017 will work if you start learning Swift on it now using all modern tutorials and lay another +1 year to keep the device up to date?

PS: I saw such questions, but they are 3+ years old, maybe something has changed.

Mac mini will do, just take at least 8 memory. They are sold at flea markets with a shaft of 4, you don’t need to take this one. Mini sample 14 years old came with a soldered memory.
