Which is better for Ruby development? Linux or Windows?

Hey! Tell me what is better to use for ruby development: windows or linux? Before that, I always developed on linux, but now I’m thinking about something. The IDE is cross-platform, github provides a convenient client.
Is it worth it? And how are things with RVM (or equivalents), and gems?

Ruby normally does not work on Windows - you are tormented by binary packages to collect.
OS X is better. Linux will do. Windows with vagrant is also great.
Naked Windows - no.

Everything is possible, the only problem is that it is quite possible that you will find a rake on some library that will drag along dependencies and building on Windows can be more difficult than on linux.

Linux is a hundred times easier.
