1. Can allocate US numbers (+1...) + TOLL-FREE numbers, balancing support (fail-over, round robin)
2. Supports sending SMS over SMPP (it's good if SMS over SIP is also able)
3 Convenient and logical "personal account" (I understand that the "taste and color ..", but still)
4. Sane technical support 24x7 with a good response rate
Now we use bandwidth.com and with the last three points they have complete seams .
