Please tell me how to organize video surveillance without a server (IP-camera 1pc).

Conditions:
1) the entrance door to the apartment in front of which you need to rent.

2) behind it in the apartment there is a shield:
- with a Zyxel Keenetic Air router without PoE
- with a 220v socket
- with Internet access 50Mbps Rostelecom
- without a dedicated IP address.

Required:
- organize the most simple basic solution based on 1 camera.
- you need to shoot motion video and save it via FTP or in the cloud.
- it is possible to go and watch online (not required).
- I don’t want to pay for commercial services (but there is VDS remotely in DigitalOcean, for example).
