How to make two nvr unifi video or get video stream from cameras?

Good day.
There are a bunch of unifi video cameras and one nvr installed on the pc.
Due to power surges, nvr drops and cameras are not written until it is turned on.
I would like to either start a second nvr and duplicate the records, or when the first falls, switch the record to the second, or receive a stream on another registrar.
How to start a second nvr or what protocols can be used to get video without nvr?
